While two of Edna's older siblings completed high school, they were unable to pursue higher education due to chronic poverty. Her mother, the primary breadwinner for the family, sells vegetables in the local market to meet their basic needs. Edna has been accepted into the University of Cape Coast in Ghana to study Education, with the aspiration of becoming a professor. Her commitment to improving her own life and transforming her family’s circumstances is both admirable and inspiring.
